The Rowland family has been farming in Oxford, Connecticut since 1900. While previous generations raised fruit and produce, dairy cattle, and poultry, current owner Charlie has concentrated on producing quality pork for the past 30 years. In 2008, a change was made to heritage Berkshire hogs, prized for their exceptional flavor, juiciness, and tenderness. Our hogs' diet contains no animal products, antibiotics or hormones. Our hope and goal is to provide a memorable dining experience to local consumers and keep our family farm productive for future generations.
